The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Overview of Paper Submission and Evaluation Process:
  • Full-length papers submitted to the conference must be written in English only
  • Manuscripts should be prepared strictly according to the conference paper template provided on the website.
  • Authors may submit their papers in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format.
  • Submitted papers must be original, and any form of plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
  • The paper length should be 6–10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
  • The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have approved the final version before submission.
  • Authors are required to clearly mention the preferred mode of presentation (Oral/Poster) at the time of submission.
  • Paper submission can be completed through the conference website or via the Microsoft CMT service.
  • All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the Scientific/Technical Committee.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance, and clarity of presentation.
  • Submissions that do not comply with the prescribed guidelines may be rejected without review.
  • Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their papers based on reviewers’ comments.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be communicated within the stipulated timeline after submission.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.
  • All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in conference proceedings and associated journals, subject to editorial policies.
