CHIEF PATRON

Dr. Irshad Ahmad Khan is a visionary leader, academic strategist, and social entrepreneur with over 15 years of impactful experience in higher education, research, innovation management, and institutional transformation. As the Chairman of Swatantra Sahayak Foundation since 2019, he has been at the forefront of building a self-sustainable ecosystem focused on education, employability, innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment. A strong advocate of nation-building through knowledge and innovation, Dr. Khan completed his Ph.D. and M.Tech. from National Institute of Technology Rourkela, where he developed deep expertise in condition monitoring, structural health monitoring, vibration analysis, finite element analysis, artificial intelligence in mechanical systems, and advanced composite materials. His research is driven not only by academic excellence but by real-world problem-solving and technological advancement. With over 50 research publications, three academic books, and multiple granted design patents and copyrights, Dr. Khan exemplifies innovation-led leadership. His work bridges academia, industry, and intellectual property development, fostering a culture of research commercialization and product innovation. Beyond academia, he plays a catalytic role in strengthening India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He has been appointed as a Resource Person by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development Madhya Pradesh and serves as a Mentor under Startup India. As an Innovation Ambassador under the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell, he has led institutional initiatives related to EDC, ARIIA, IIC, and NBA, driving strategic planning, accreditation excellence, and innovation culture development. Dr. Khan is widely recognized for mentoring research scholars, guiding start-ups, organizing international FDPs and innovation conclaves, and delivering expert sessions on Intellectual Property Rights and entrepreneurship. His leadership style combines academic rigor, strategic vision, and grassroots social commitment. Through Swatantra Sahayak Foundation, he envisions an India where youth are self-reliant, innovation-driven, and globally competitive—transforming ideas into enterprises and education into empowerment.

Dr. Amrita Sinha is the Principal Incharge of Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering and Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power System Protection) from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) in 2010. With over 35 years of teaching and research experience, she has guided academic and administrative activities at reputed institutions including National Institute of Technology Patna and Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. She has published several research papers in reputed international journals and presented several papers in national and international conferences. Her research areas include power system protection, renewable energy systems, smart grids, artificial intelligence applications, and intelligent control techniques.

Dr. Anchit Modi is an Associate Professor at IES University, Bhopal, India, with a well-established background in teaching, research, and academic administration. His work explores areas such as multifunctional materials, nanostructured compounds, magnetic and thermoelectric materials, with a particular emphasis on computational approaches using Density Functional Theory (DFT). Over the years, he has contributed extensively to scientific literature, publishing more than 85 research papers in recognized international journals. His work has received over 800 citations, and he holds an h-index of 17, reflecting consistent research impact. Dr. Modi has been the recipient of several competitive fellowships, including UGC-JRF, UGC-BSR JRF/SRF, DST Research Associate (Level III), and CSIR Research Associate (Level I). Alongside his research, he is actively engaged in supervising students, participating in academic conferences, and delivering invited lectures. He also contributes to the academic community through editorial and review roles and maintains professional affiliations with organizations such as the Neutron Scattering Society of India and the Magnetic Society of India. .

Dr. Rajan Kumar is a Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department at IES Institute of Technology and Management, IES University, Bhopal MP India. Ms. Feroja Khan serves as the Research Coordinator at Swatantra Sahayak Foundation, Bhopal, where she contributes to strengthening research planning, academic coordination, and innovation-driven initiatives. With over a decade of experience in technical education and institutional development, she brings academic discipline, structured execution, and strategic coordination skills to the organization. She holds an M.Tech. in Industrial Design and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from RGPV University, Bhopal, with a strong academic foundation in mechanical systems and applied engineering research. Ms. Khan has served as Assistant Professor in reputed institutions including Sagar Institute of Research & Technology, Bhopal, Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, and Cresent College of Technology, where she was actively involved in teaching, mentoring, academic planning, and departmental coordination. She has co-authored research publications in national and international journals and conferences in the areas of structural analysis, vibration studies, and engineering system monitoring. Her technical expertise includes AutoCAD, Pro/E, and CNC programming, reflecting her practical orientation toward engineering applications. She has also undergone industrial training at Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL), Bhopal and NTPC Ltd., Vindhyachal, gaining exposure to real-world engineering operations. As Research Coordinator, Ms. Khan plays a key role in research documentation, proposal development, publication support, innovation activities, and academic program execution. Her leadership approach emphasizes discipline, collaboration, creativity, and youth empowerment through research and skill development.

Dr. Ravi Shankar is PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad and currently works as an Assistant Professor at Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering (Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar). His research interests include the application of Remote Sensing and GIS in Geomorphological, Neotectonic as well as hazard assessments. Dr. Shankar has authored many journal articles as well as conference papers, contributing significantly to his area of research. Dr. Shankar has industrial experience of about four years at the Rock Excavation Engineering Division of CSIR-CIMFR where he was a part of various challenging projects of rock excavation/controlled blasting of national significance. He has learned different controlled blasting techniques in varied Geo mining scenarios nationwide. Further, he worked as an Engineering Geologist at Geoconsult India Private Limited for about three years where he was involved in NATM tunnel construction for Indian Railways. Dr. Shankar’s work has been widely cited, reflecting the impact of his expertise in multidisciplinary geosciences on the scientific community.

Dr. Om Prakash Gujela is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering, Bihar Engineering University, Patna, India. He earned his Ph.D. with specialization nano-electronics from National Taiwan University, Taipei, in Sept 2025, and master degree in Mechatronics from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in July 2014.
